In a surprising announcement this morning, Eric Cantor R-VA and John Boehner R-OH both stated that they will go against the people they represent, and they will vote for continuing the imperialistic invasions that have so-hurt our country in the past.
Boehner, with a complete disregard for the evidence, stated, “The use of these weapons has to be responded to and only the United States has the capability and capacity to stop Assad and to warn others around the world that this type of behavior is not going to be tolerated,”, when there is absolutely
no evidence that Assad has ever used chemical weapons on anyone. In fact there is mounting evidence that the al-Qaeda forces that the Obama administration has been arming and supporting, are the real perpetrators in the gas attacks that killed approximately 1,500 people. Couple that with the fact that it is not the responsibility of our politicians to judge what people 6,000 miles away in a sovereign nation should or should not do. There seems to be a growing sentiment that a country that cannot get their own economy in order, should not be so arrogant as to think they can tell other countries how to handle their affairs. Not surprisingly, Boehner was not available for comment when this reporter called his office.
Boehner also stated, “I appreciate the president reaching out to me and my colleagues in the Congress over the last couple of weeks. I also appreciate the president asking the Congress to support him in this action. This is something that the United States as a country needs to do. I’m going to support the president’s call for action. I believe my colleagues should support this call for action. We have enemies
around the world that need to understand that we’re not going to tolerate this type of behavior. We also have allies around the world and allies in the region who also need to know that America will be there and stand up whether it is necessary.”.
Cantor, in another treasonous act, stated he decided, “to vote to provide the President of the United States the option to use military force in Syria.”, also completely ignoring the wishes of the American people.
It is the opinion of this reporter that these two, and all others that participate in going against the will of the American people, should be charged, jailed, and tried for treason. They are not “representing” the people, but evidently from what we can ascertain, representing their special interest lobbyists that are giving them payoffs to fall in line. As the old saying
goes, “follow the money”. And if you do, you might find some interesting parallels in the fact that the last three countries that our politicians have destroyed just happened to be devoid of a Central Bank and the ties that go with the banking cartels.
